This End-user licence agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Clickshow dashboard and related services.
This EULA is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single legal entity) and Clickshow Ltd ("Clickshow", "we", "us") for the use of the Clickshow dashboard, any associated web applications, documentation and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA, Clickshow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in connection with managing calls, customers and related integrations such as QuickBooks.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Clickshow promptly of any suspected unauthorised use.
The Service may integrate with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online or telephony platforms. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies. Clickshow is not responsible for those services and does not control how third-party providers handle your data.
The Service is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in and to the Service remain the exclusive property of Clickshow and its licensors. Nothing in this EULA grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
We may enhance, update or modify the Service from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or limit the Service where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickshow disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickshow will not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, Clickshow’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This EULA remains in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach this EULA or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update this EULA from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This EULA and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
